A great way to disguise dark circles is by using a white masking cream sparingly over the darker areas or by simply opting for a lighter shade of foundation.
Puffy eyes tend to cause a crease underneath the 'bags' of puffy tissue. This can easily be disguised by using a lighter shade of foundation in the crease. To diminish their size apply a darker foundation to the more puffy areas.
