Corrective Make-up To Suit Your Face Shape
Corrective make-up techniques should be used to balance facial features while emphasizing your best qualities. Applied in the correct way, it can also be used to draw attention away from problem areas such as skin conditions or less desirable features while creating an illusion of the perfect face shape.
You should however, have realistic expectations as to what can be achieved through the use of corrective make-up. There is far more scope when using dramatic fashion or photographic make-up as you have the opportunity of using lighting and stronger coloured products to your advantage. With day wear you are limited to these skillful tricks and the variety of looks that can be achieved.
Following my basic guidelines will help you to determine where to apply blusher, shader and highlighter to achieve the 'perfect oval' face shape.
