Did you know that the effects of a facial continue post treatment?
This is due to the increased rate of waste product removal from the deeper layers of the skin.

Induced by the stimulating massage involved in facial treatments, the acid balance becomes temporarily upset, forcing the skin to visibly react with foundation by turning it an unattractive shade of orange. Clients may also find it difficult to achieve a smooth finish upon foundation application due to its apparent blotchy effect, but don't panic! Skin will usually calm down and look its best 48 hours after a facial.
