Monday motivation: forget yesterday's you

Every successful goal stems from the decision to try.

Don't let today - another day, another week and another opportunity to change - resemble toxic thoughts of failure, self doubt and negativity. Instead, use yesterday's you as a method of motivation to seize the week with the strength to eliminate the excuses that prevent you from doing one thing - trying.

Do something today that your future self will thank you for - try to move more, try to eat less (crap) and most importantly, try to forget yesterday's failures.
