Weight loss tip: ditch the dangerous 'diets'

Weight loss tip...
Don't sacrifice your physical and psychological health for the sake of a speedy weight loss solution.
Dangerous detoxes, slimming supplements and protein fuelled bars that promise to 'prevent' discouraged dieters from piling on the pounds are just a selection of the speedy weight loss solutions that resemble an unrealistic approach to eliminating excess weight, but although our desperation to banish a bothersome body may trigger the temptation to resort to irrational rules and regimes, opting for a short-term fix to a long-term weight problem - a problem that has accumulated and deteriorated over years of subjecting the body and mind to unhealthy habits and a sedentary lifestyle - can see us sacrificing more than just our size.
In fact, failing to favour a sensible solution to shedding the pounds can not only leave us struggling to sustain daily activities - we become irritable, fatigued and susceptible to the rapid blood sugar fluctuations that send our sweet tooth into overdrive - but prone to piling on the pounds when returning to realistic dietary habits - expecting the human body to survive on shakes, supplements and a severe caloric deficit over a prolonged period of time resembles an unsustainable solution that can lead to nutritional deficiencies, health complications and in some cases, death.
Despite the desperation that stems from striving for weight loss success, the elimination of excess weight doesn't lie in a short-term solution, it lies in our ability to think sensibly and safely about how our habitual actions can be adapted in order to improve our physical and psychological health - the physical and psychological health that thrive from moving more and eating less (crap).
Losing weight the healthy way isn't easy, but it's far easier than dedicating your entire life to the physical and psychological effects of a dangerous diet thats destined for disaster and in some cases, death.
