We delight in the beauty of the butterfly, but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty - Maya Angelou.
Sometimes we become so fixated on our future goals, that we forget to acknowledge how far we've come. Instead of waiting until you've accomplished your goals to be proud of yourself, take a moment to reflect on every step, milestone and obstacle that you have found the strength and self discipline to overcome - these resemble the changes that have created a happier and healthier version of yesterday's you...remember them during moments of weakness.
