Food for thought: count chemicals - not calories
A little food for thought...
There are too many people counting calories, and not enough people counting how many chemicals, artificial additives and added sugar have been pumped into their food and drink products.
Instead of fixating on the quantity of specific ingredients, take a moment to analyse the quality of the ingredients that you're about to consume. If you're shocked by a food or drink source's sugar, salt or saturated fat content, suspect it will see you sacrificing your health and/or waistline or you can't pronounce one or more of its ingredients, put it down and walk away - your subconscious mind can often spot an unhealthy food or drink source well before you begin to consciously convince yourself that it resembles a 'healthy option' regardless of its nutritional content.
