Monday Motivation: are you ready to change?

Excuses don't exist - they're created...

We can either refuse to eliminate the excuses that hinder our healthier habits and remain the same, or we can diminish the distractions that deter us from overcoming the obstacles that challenge us to the point of change.

If you're ready to change for the better, you will find the physical and psychological strength to persevere and eliminate every excuse that stands in your way. If you're not, you will always find a reason not to move more, not to eat less (crap) and not to make the change that creates a happier and healthier version of yesterday's you.

Each and every one of us has the opportunity to cease or create the excuses that will foresee our future...which will you choose today?
