Weight loss motivation: the 'perfect time' doesn't exist

Never allow yourself to become psychologically preoccupied with 'the perfect time' to change.

If you're physically and psychologically ready to commit to challenging your body and mind to move more and eat less (crap), it will never be too wet and windy to workout, you will make the effort to maintain the motivation to eliminate the excuses that hinder your healthier habits, and you will always find the time to try.
