- 1 large ripe banana - peeled and chopped
- 1 kiwi - peeled and chopped
- 2-3 tsp chia seeds
- 60g frozen spinach
- 125g non-fat Greek yogurt
- 375ml skimmed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract - less depending on desired taste
- ice cubes
- Pop the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until a smooth and creamy consistency is created.
- Pour the mixture into two glasses and serve.
