Banish the breakfast battles by making morning meals egg-citing.

Aside from increasing our offsprings' intake of mandatory micronutrients (they're bursting with a variety of vital vitamins and minerals including iodine and vitamins A, D, B2 and B12 to name but a very few!), eggs are not only a versatile source of protein that can be used to create a multitude of moreish meals - think the tantalising taste of a Spanish tortilla, protein-rich pancakes and a speedy egg and soldiers - but they're also an egg-cellent way to banish the breakfast battles that stem from fighting to satisfy stubborn stomachs - the addition of a funny face (with or without a mini moustache!), statement shades and/or silly stickers can all make this particular food source fun for fussy eaters.
