Sweeten solid food sources with breastmilk as opposed to sugar - this simple swap will not only reduce the risk of promoting a preference for sweeter sources from an early age (an action that often leads to poor food choices and obesity in later life), but it can also increase the incidence of food acceptance as a result of the familiar flavour.
