  • the willingness to wake each morning with a motivated mind instead of dwelling on yesterday's difficulties
  • the self-discipline to sustain sensible food swaps instead of giving up on your goals and into the temptation of tasty treats and takeaways...
each resemble a reason why the superficial changes that you're striving for on the outside, are slowly strengthening under a surface that's being shaped from the inside out. Don't give up.
